If you ever happen to be in Vienna Austria you have to stop by this amazing historic building. The Stephansdom was perhaps the most exquisite and old pieces of architecture I have ever been around.
It’s absolutely huge and old. Here’s a photo so you can see the bits I had time to capture. The best thing about painting this was the other international tourists that came to sit next to me. It was a gorgeous day and perhaps getting to sit next to an artist helped add to their experience. I even got my photograph taken by Japanese tourists.

This is the Vienna Woods. The town I painted this in was called Kahlenberg, Austria. Here is a link a picture of where we were from the other end. If you look that little yellow church is where I was when I painted this painting.

This was a beautiful part in Vienna Austria. There were large fountains and roses everywhere.

This is the Shconbrunn Palace gardens in Vienna Austria where my husband and I took our honeymoon in October of 2006. The weather was gorgeous and I was able to paint En Pleine Air (on site). Vienna is a beautiful city so there was much to be inspired by.
